Blake Shelton and “Mr. Worldwide” Named Headliners at Boots in the Park Music Festival

Although the Boots in the Park Music Festival will take over Woodward Park on September 13th and 14th, the organizers have already promoted their two headliners. Given the concert’s country music roots, it should come as no surprise that the organizers turned to Blake Shelton to take the stage on Saturday. But on Sunday, when kicking off the Party in the Park concert, the headlining spot will go to none other than Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull.

With the festival growing year after year, the CEO of Activated Events, Steve Thacher, looked to bring in bigger names. And it’s hard to beat both Shelton and Pitbull. Even Thacher admitted, “Who’s better to throw a party with than Mr. Worldwide himself: Pitbull.” Looking over the first day of the event, Boots in the Park will welcome Shelton to the stage for what is sure to be an unforgettable night. But wanting to make the event a party, Thacher revealed, “We’ll be bringing our Whiskey Barrel Saloon, which will be new to Fresno with 101 different whiskeys that you can also try.”

Boots In The Park Offered More Than Blake Shelton And Pitbull

Giving fans the chance to try over 100 different whiskeys, the festival brought more than entertainment as the Whiskey Barrel Saloon will transition into something entirely different the following day when Pitbull performs. The CEO said, “We’ll be bringing our cactus cantina, which is 101 different tequilas that you can sample.” Offering a weekend of great music, food, and more than enough alcohol, Boots in the Park appeared more of a party than a music festival.

As for tickets, a presale event will take place on June 19th for those who sign up. Looking at the prices, general admission started at $79 for a single day. For those looking to attend the entire weekend, a pass will run $149. But that is just general admission.

Also offering a VIP Package starting at $249 for a single day, it included, “a dedicated VIP entrance, collectible VIP lanyard, express entrance, separate spacious viewing area, upfront stage access, VIP only flushable restrooms, VIP only food vendors and bars with top shelf alcohol selection*, and more!” But again, that is only for a single day. The full weekend VIP package will set fans back a whopping $449.

With both Shelton and Pitbull taking the stage on different days, it’s unclear if they will team up throughout the weekend. But having worked in the past on the song “Get Ready” in 2020, the thought of a special performance might not be that wild of an idea.
