With the Super Bowl approaching, it’s time for parties and concerts to celebrate the big kick-off. FanDuel and Spotify have recently announced their Super Bowl concert, an invite-only event in New Orleans. Powered by Spotify’s music agency Spotify AUX, the party will go down on February 7. The location has not yet been revealed, according to a report from Billboard.

Musical guests include Blink-182, Megan Thee Stallion, and DJ Pee .Wee, the nom de plume of Anderson .Paak. There have been several projects from these artists lately that have captured critic and fan attention. Blink-182 brought their original lineup back from the dead in 2023 for a new album, One More Time… and are gearing up for the deluxe release this year, One More Time…Part-2.
Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion released her latest album, Megan, in June 2024. The album debuted at No. 1 on the R&B/Hip Hop charts, and included hits like “HISS,” “Mamushi,” and “BOA.” Anderson .Paak, spinning under his alter ego, is known for his collaboration with Bruno Mars in the duo Silk Sonic. They swept all their nominations at the 2022 Grammy Awards, but have not released anything since then.
Who Else Will Be Performing During the Super Bowl Weekend?
There will be many performances during Super Bowl weekend, all culminating in the big game when Kendrick Lamar will take the stage during Halftime. For many fans, the news that country music wouldn’t be front and center at the game was a bit of a letdown. However, the Madden Bowl—a pre-game tradition since 1995—will hopefully satisfy that need for fans.
Super Bowl Sunday is on February 9, but the Friday before that, February 7, the Madden Bowl will take place. This is a game weekend staple that brings together top-notch gamers for a little friendly Madden competition, but with $1 million on the line. Madden being, of course, the wildly popular football video game, in case you’re not familiar.
During the Madden Bowl, some of the biggest country stars right now will perform. Jelly Roll, Shaboozey, and Chris Stapleton, to name a few. To kick off the event, rising star Tucker Wetmore will take the stage alongside Trombone Shorty and the New Breed Brass Band. Later in the evening, Jelly Roll and Shaboozey will perform, with Chris Stapleton headlining. EA Sports Presents Madden Bowl will be streaming on Twitch and YouTube on February 7.
