AMBITIONS: To me it’s all about the journey not the end destination. The milestones in between make it worth it.  Making music for the rest of my life while continuing to make a living off of it would be an amazing experience but to be able to play at places like Red Rocks Amphitheater outside of Denver, go to the Grammys or receive a nomination would certainly make it more memorable.

TURN-OFFS: When someone doesn’t recognize the line between confidence and cockiness.

TURN-ONS: Someone who appreciates a good melody.

DREAM GIG: I know there are a lot of big venues out there but playing the Ryman in Nashville would top most if not all of them.

FAVORITE LYRIC: I pray that when the sun goes down on everything you’ve done.  Whoever’s arms you’re sleeping in will warm you like the sun.  I hope your dreams are peaceful, I hope your sleep is sound and you are satisfied with what you’ve found, When you finally turn around.- David Ryan Harris // Turn Around.

CRAZIEST PERSON I KNOW: My Brother.  He’s crazy in a good way.

SONG I WISH I WROTE: Heavenly Day- Patty Griffin

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: I’m going to answer this as alive or dead so here we go: Sam Cooke, Prince, John Mayer, Amos Lee, Stevie Ray Vaughn

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: Eric Clapton’s Guitar Crossroads // Dallas, TX // June 4-6 2004.
