Posting videos of herself and creative director Ramisha Sattar dancing around the room, Roan offered fans the chorus of the new country-inspired song. “Cause you ain’t got to tell me / It’s just in my nature / So take it like a taker, ’cause, baby, I’m a giver/ Ain’t no need to hurry, ’cause, baby, I deliver / Ain’t no country boy quitter / I get the job done.”

For fans of Saturday Night Live, they might remember Roan appearing on the show as the musical guest back in November. A surprise for those watching, she even paused the song to address the audience, declaring, “All you country boys saying you know how to treat a woman right. Well, only a woman knows how to treat a woman right.”

Why Chappell Roan Decided To Dip Her Toes In Country Music

While discussing her inspiration behind the country song, Roan revealed on Instagram, “We’ve never done a country song and I have such a special place in my heart for country music.
