For most fans, owning an autograph from their favorite celebrities is more than enough as others even want a picture. Given the price of fame, most celebrities understand how much they are loved by fans. But for some collectors, they want more than a simple meet and greet. Over the years, fans have gone to some extraordinary lengths to own a piece of their favorite stars. Looking into the past, William Shatner sold his kidney stone. And someone even bought Marilyn Monroe’s X-rays. With even the oddest memorabilia having a price, it seemed that one Nashville man offered fans of Morgan Wallen some of the singer’s dirt.

Once competing on season 6 of The Voice, Wallen ended up being eliminated during the Playoff Rounds. Continuing to share his love for country music, the singer eventually landed a record deal and released albums like If I Know Me and One Thing at a Time. Quickly becoming a top name in country music, fans are eager to own any sort of memorabilia from the singer.

Posting a listing on Facebook, the individual showed a truck full of dirt. The person captioned the post, writing, “Any one in need of clay fill dirt. I have a couple small dump trailers worth? 2.5 yards each.” Although not appearing to be anything other than dirt, the person added, “It’s from underneath the deck where Morgan Wallen previously lived.”
Is It Really Morgan Wallen Dirt?
Although it might be hard to authenticate the dirt and its connection to Wallen, one source confirmed that Wallen did rent the house years ago when he was just starting out in music, via Real Rated Red. With Wallen and the house connected, it’s unclear what the individual wants to do with the dirt. Not giving away too much information about how much he was willing to sell the dirt, it does make the list of odd memorabilia.
For those who might want something a little more traditional, fans can find several signed items from Wallen on eBay. A quick search showed numerous autographs for sale that ranged from $100 all the way to $400. One person even offered to sell a signed Wallen acoustic guitar for $1,350.
While fans have spent outrageous amounts of money for a piece of history, a jar of Wallen dirt might be a new one.
