Besides CMA Fest, the Railbird Festival is currently the most country-concentrated festival on the market. In previous years, the festival has hosted the likes of Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan, Wynonna Judd, Chris Stapleton, Dwight Yoakam, and a vast amount of other major country music players. That being so, they are adding two more names to their decorated list—Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll.

Transpiring in Lexington, Kentucky on May 31-June 1, the festival has a stacked and diverse line-up for every type of country music fan. Some of the acts in the diverse line-up include Ryan Bingham, Shaboozey, The Red Clay Strays, Bailey Zimmerman, Sierra Ferrell, and a great many more. Although, of course, their big fish commercial prize is the inclusion of Wilson and Roll.
Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll Make Their Railbird Debut
In recent years, the Railbird Festival has garnered hoards of notoriety, acclaim, and clout for its overall quality and experience. Thanks to their success, they have been able to seemingly book anyone of their liking, hence, the new inclusion of Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll.
Neither Jelly Roll nor Lainey Wilson have ever played the festival, but despite that fact, they will both take charge during the festival’s two days. On Saturday, May 31, following Lainey Wilson will be Cody Jinks, Sierra Hull, Luke Grimes, and Maggie Antone. On Sunday, June 1, the acts following Jelly Roll include Riley Green, Treaty Oak Revival, Jesse Wells, and The Costellows. Also, it goes without saying, but there are a ton more musicians that will take the stage over the two-day festival.
If you are a devout Railbird festival attendee and or fan, you might be thinking the festival is straying away from its typical Americana brand. That might be partially true given some of the names on the list, however, the majority of the acts still fall under that category. Furthermore, the festival plans to have several experiences all aiming to celebrate the roots and spirit of Kentucky.
