Noel and Liam Gallagher Perform for the First Time in 16 Years Behind Closed Doors

In 2009, fans of Oasis were shocked when both Noel and Liam Gallagher decided to part ways. While each brother went on to produce promising solo careers, fans always hoped the band would get back together once again. And back in 2024, they did exactly that when announcing their Oasis Live ‘25 Tour. With fans clamoring to get tickets to the concerts, it seemed that the brothers recently took over the Mildmay Club in North London for a secret performance.

While the brothers arrived at the working men’s club separately, they quickly found a rhythm when performing for the first time in almost two decades. Supposedly filming footage for a promotional film surrounding their upcoming tour, an insider explained how the duo filled the streets with music. “They took over the Mildmay to film a promo video for the tour and the din was huge. Before Noel and Liam had even arrived, a resident next door came out and said they needed to turn the bass down.” They added, “But it’s Oasis – they’re only going to turn it up – and they did when Noel and Liam started up.”

With rumors suggesting the performance was for a promotional video, others claimed it surrounded Adidas wanting Oasis to promote their clothing line. Again, only speculation for now, the only people who know what happened inside the venue are staying incredibly silent.

Liam Gallagher In “Tip-Top Form” Ahead Of Oasis Tour

As the first concert from Oasis is scheduled to kick off in July, Noal recently discussed spending time with Liam as they gear up for the tour. He told TalkSport how his brother was doing “Great.” He continued, “He’s all right, he’s on tip-top form. We can’t wait. None of us can wait.”

Although the band hadn’t played together in years, Noel looked forward to getting back into the studio. “We’re just getting ready for rehearsals to start now in about three weeks and then we’ll see what happens.”

While constantly criticizing each other over the years, Liam and Noel seemed to find common ground when announcing their new tour. Selling out in a matter of minutes, the tour will take Oasis to Ireland, Australia, the UK, and South America. Performing a total of 19 shows, the brothers will travel alongside bandmatees Gem Archer, Paul Arthurs, Joey Waronker, and Andy Bell. Supporting acts included Richard Ashcroft and Cast.
