Multiple wildfires continue raging across the Los Angeles area, claiming at least five lives and 2,000 structures. One of those structures is the first home that country star Brad Paisley bought with wife Kimberly in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. As firefighters struggle to contain the blaze, Reba McEntire is offering up support and gratitude for the first responders.

Multiple wildfires broke out in the Los Angeles region on Tuesday (Jan. 7.) Since then, roughly 179,783 residents have been ordered to evacuate their homes. Police have confirmed at least five fatalities, and Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna said he expects those numbers to rise.
The Pacific Palisades fire, in particular, has already scorched more than 17,000 acres. Firefighters are still struggling to contain what Fire Chief Kristin M. Crowley has called “one of the most destructive natural disasters in the history of Los Angeles.”
Reba also took time to thank those on the frontlines of the devastating wildfires, writing, “So thankful for all the firefighters, first responders and TV reporters risking their own safety to protect and keep us informed.”
Reba has filmed both Happy’s Place and The Voice on the Universal Studios Lot, which is currently closed.

In an X/Twitter post, Nancy Sinatra assured followers she was safe and thanked them for their concern. “The fires raging through Los Angeles are truly horrific, and seeing the devastation left in their wake is utterly heartbreaking,” Sinatra wrote. “My heart goes out to every person who has been affected by these fires and to those who are still in harm’s way.”
