Zach Bryan Ends Quittin’ Time Tour With Surprise Live Album Featuring 25 Tracks, Kacey Musgraves, John Mayer, & More

Although Zach Bryan spent less than a decade in country music, the singer already left his mark on the genre when releasing hit songs like “Something in the Orange” and “I Remember Everything.” And wanting to make the most of 2024, he released his newest album The Great American Bar Scene. Seeming to expand his discography every year, Bryan recently finished his Quittin’ Time Tour. And for Bryan, there was no better way to end the tour than offering a special treat to fans.

Taking the stage at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, Bryan prepared to take the stage one last time. Having traveled the country, entertaining fans from all over, the singer wanted to make the last show special. And not wanting the good times to stop, Bryan jumped on Instagram to write, “The Quittin Time Tour is over. The live record is out now. Most beautiful year of my life.”

Outside of hearing Bryan perform at different venues, the new album comes with 25 tracks. And some of them feature collaborations with stars like Kacey Musgraves, The War & Treaty, and John Mayer.

Zach Bryan Still Struggles With Imposter Syndrome

Although climbing the ranks of country music, Bryan once admitted to feeling like an imposter in the genre. Speaking with Bruce Springsteen about his ongoing career, the singer admitted, “To this day I have really bad impostor syndrome. But I had a lot of friends in the Navy, and we’d go out to the bars and we’d always have these times, and I’d go back to my barracks room and I’d sing about it. I never had anything else to express myself. You work so much you never really have time to talk about these things. So I’d go home and I would write, and I never in a million years thought I would become a songwriter because I never thought I had the talent.”

Bryan not only watched his career expand with each new release, he insisted he never thought he would make it. “I never in a million years thought I would be sitting here with you. Because we would hear your songs, and they’re beautiful and poetic and genius. When I play [my songs], I’m like, ‘There’s no way people enjoy these like they would enjoy a Dylan song or a Springsteen song or anything like that.’”

With Bryan ending his tour and releasing new music, he is proving that imposter syndrome is nothing but an illusion.
