Luke Combs was the final headliner of the weekend at this year’s Stagecoach Festival. He took the Mane Stage by storm, performing some of his biggest hits for the festival crowd. However, hearing him sing those hits probably won’t be what sticks in the minds of those who were lucky enough to be in the Stagecoach audience. Instead, his collaborations with Good Charlotte, Garth Brooks, and the Backstreet Boys will likely become core memories.

Over the years, Combs has more than proven his country chops. “Hurricane,” “Beer Never Broke My Heart,” and plenty of other tunes showed that he could lean into traditional-sounding country. He has also shown off his country-rock chops on tracks like “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” from the Twisters soundtrack. During his Stagecoach set, he proved that he can also nail pop punk. He also proved that he could have been a Backstreet Boy.

Combs Has Friends in Low Places
After a thoroughly entertaining set, Luke Combs wanted to end things on a high note. So, he suggested a sing-along and performed one of the best-known country songs of all time, “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks.
That would have been a great way to end his set. However, Combs wasn’t done. Brooks joined him onstage to help make the evening a little more special for everyone. Watch a clip of the performance below.
Luke Combs Could Start a Country Boy Band
Luke Combs wrapped up his set on the Mane Stage, but he wasn’t done performing. Instead of calling it a night, he went to the Palomino to join the Backstreet Boys onstage.
At 35 years old, Combs likely grew up hearing the Backstreet Boys on the radio. During their set, he proved that he still remembers all of the words to “I Want It That Way.”
