Deciding to part ways back in 2009, Oasis left behind a discography that included “Don’t Go Away”, “Stand by Me”, and “Wonderwall.” With the years passing by, fans started to lose hope that the band would never reunite. But in 2025, the band took the stage for the first time in nearly two decades. And with both Noel and Liam Gallagher together once again, fans clamored to get tickets. Although tickets quickly sold out, apparently, some fans paid nearly $500 to get into the concert without purchasing a ticket.

While spending $500 to see Oasis in concert might sound expensive, the average ticket for the band’s concert, according to TickPick, was around $812. Saving a few hundred dollars on the experience, authorities opened an investigation as 200 fans were able to gain entry into Wembley Stadium to see Oasis without a ticket.
Speaking with The Sun, two concertgoers explained how the entire process worked. Paying a little less than $500, the fans acquired a copy of the same ticket and were ushered to the disability entrance. Once there, each person presented the ticket and received VIP wristbands, allowing access to the front of the stage.

Oasis Fans Gain Access To VIP Area Without Ticket Or Security Search
Although enjoying the concert, the entire plan centered around two women who claimed they had 200 people purchase the fake tickets. “We were given our tickets, which were all the same, and a woman drew a shape on our hands. We were told to go to the disabled door at entrance M, even though our tickets said entrance F.” The fans added, “We showed our stamped hands to the person on the door; they scanned the tickets, even though we all had the same one, and let us in. Another member of staff then handed us a golden circle wristband, and that was it. There were zero security searches. We just walked straight in.”
Seeing the situation as a security risk and potential theft, a spokesperson for Wembley Stadium insisted, “Entering Wembley Stadium without a ticket is a serious offense, and we are investigating these allegations. If they are substantiated, we will refer our evidence to the police.”
With authorities looking into the claims, Oasis prepared to head to Edinburgh, United Kingdom, for their concert on August 12th. The brothers will continue to travel the world before heading to the United States in late August to headline at Soldier Field in Chicago.
