Peter Burditt

Peter Burditt

Born and raised in Kansas City, Peter Burditt is a former American Songwriter intern who just couldn’t stay away. Back at it again, writing at American Songwriter, Peter covers everything from the lyrical nuance of a storied folk song to the newest stars sweeping Nashville. Whatever your taste may be, he’s got something for you.

A fervent Bluegrass lover and steadfast Kansas City Chiefs fan, you’ll most likely find Peter watching a show at the Station Inn or back in KC catching a game. Above all, what he enjoys most is writing, reading, watching, and listening to the books, movies, and music that move the
masses, hoping that one day he will do the same.
