Is There a New Episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’ Tonight?
Yes, a brand-new episode of Saturday Night Live airs at 11:30 p.m. Eastern on NBC tonight, May 10.
Walton Goggins, who recently wrapped up a star-making turn in Max’s The White Lotus, will host SNL tonight. Indie rock band Arcade Fire will perform as tonight’s musical guest on the heels of releasing their seventh studio album, Pink Elephant.

Goggins, also known for his roles in Fallout and The Righteous Gemstones, is making his hosting debut tonight, in the penultimate episode of this milestone season. In a promo, the 53-year-old Emmy nominee tosses out a few theories as to how SNL may bring all the drama to a close.
“OK look, can I say my theory?” he asks cast member Marcello Hernandez, ignoring Hernandez’s insistence that SNL is “not that kind of show, man.”
“You don’t have to tell me if I’m right,” Goggins says. “Colin Jost, Michael Che—murder-suicide.”
The promo is a riff on The White Lotus, which centers each season around a central mystery that unfolds across the episodes.

Arcade Fire Returns to ‘SNL’
While Walton Goggins is new to Saturday Night Live, tonight’s musical guests are certainly not. Arcade Fire returns to the legendary comedy sketch show to perform as musical guests for a sixth time.
Founded in 2001 Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Arcade Fire gained popularity with their 2004 debut album Funeral. The band has since released seven albums, including 2011’s The Suburbs, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year.
On April 7, Arcade Fire released a new song, “Year of the Snake,” the lead single to their seventh album Pink Elephant. Dropping May 9, Pink Elephant marks the band’s first full-length album release since 2022’s We.
