The Washington native wowed viewers with a performance of Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here.”
While Flores-Wiseman’s performance was incredible, she’s facing stiff competition from the other finalists: Jadyn Cree and Adam David of Team Michael Bublé, Jaelen Johnston of Team Kelsea Ballerini, and RENZO of Team John Legend.
Fans will have to wait until Tuesday to see if Flores-Wiseman’s time on stage was enough to crown her the next champion of The Voice.
Lucia Flores-Wiseman Talks Her Journey on The Voice
Ahead of The Voice‘s two-part season finale, Flores-Wiseman spoke to The Seattle Times about her journey on the show.
“The show has really given me lots of opportunities, lots of exposure, and after this I know there are so many opportunities that are going to be coming my way,” she said. “I’m just really hoping I can stay in Seattle and build a music thing even more.”
“There are so many great musicians from Seattle,” Flores-Wiseman added, “and if I can add my name to the roster, that would be so wonderful.”
As for what she’ll be up to post-show, Flores-Wiseman told the outlet that she’s working on an EP and has performances scheduled for this summer.
“I want to make sure that Top 5 on The Voice isn’t the last thing,” she said. “I just really want to be able to expand more, so I’m crossing my fingers that I can continue making Seattle proud and have people thinking of going back to Seattle for music.”
