Birmingham, Alabama-based soul-rock octet St. Paul & The Broken Bones will release their sophomore album, Sea of Noise, on September 9. Sea of Noise is the successor to their 2013 breakthrough Half The City, an album that was celebrated for its upbeat fusion of old school R&B, soul, funk and rock.
