Zach Bryan Pulls Young Boy on Stage To Play “Heading South” During Dublin Concert

Zach Bryan just gave a little boy an unforgettable memory! During a run of shows in Dublin, Ireland, the singer spotted a sign in the crowd that got his attention.

“I came from Seattle, can you put me onstage?” the sign read. “I’ve been drumming since I was 3.”

Bryan obliged and brought the boy onto the stage. The singer offered the kid a fist bump, before sending him behind the drum kit to play during the next song.

The boy seemed totally unfazed by the experience, calmly nodding along and getting set as Bryan’s drummer showed him the ropes.

With that Bryan broke into his song “Heading South.” The boy sat quietly behind the drums at first, but then got into playing along as Bryan sang the tune.

Zach Bryan’s Final Tour

The sweet moment comes amid what Bryan has said will be his last run of shows. Bryan spent much of 2024 on the road for his Quittin’ Time Tour. Over the months, Bryan said multiple times that the tour would be his last ever.

Bryan still has some shows left. He is set to play venues in London, New Jersey, Colorado, San Francisco, West Virginia, and Indiana before he calls it quits. Bryan’s last scheduled show is set to take place in Michigan on Sept. 27.

“This will be one of the last shows we announce,” Bryan wrote in a post revealing his Sept. 6 Notre Dame Stadium concert. “Thank you guys for understanding the boys and me taking time away from the road. Couldn’t go without having some of the most talented people I know play with me out at Notre Dame.”

As for what he plans to do after his shows wrap, Bryan revealed in a November Instagram post that he “quit touring because I got accepted to get my masters in Paris.”

While he may not be on the road after September, Bryan has new music on the way. In January, Bryan revealed that he’ll be releasing a new EP and album in 2025.
