Nelly Performs Epic Mashup of His Hits at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Is it getting hot in here? Nelly prompted fans to ask themselves just that when he took the stage at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17.

The hip-hop star wowed the crowd with an epic mashup of his hits. Nelly included “Country Grammar,” “Ride With Me,” “Air Force Ones,” “E.I.,” and “Hot in Herre” in his performance

Wearing an all-white look, Nelly looked the part as his stage presence set the tone for his Where The Party At Tour, which will kick off later this month in New Zealand.

The night’s other performers include Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, GloRilla, Gracie Abrams, Kenny Chesney, Muni Long, and more.

It’s a big night for Nelly. He is being honored with the 2025 iHeartRadio Landmark Award. The distinction honors artists whose album releases have inspired and shaped culture over multiple decades. 

Nelly has done just that. He made his debut in 2000 with Country Grammar, which sold over 10 million copies worldwide. Nellyville—which featured the GRAMMY-winning tracks “Hot in Herre” and “Dilemma”—followed two years later.

Throughout his career, Nelly has sold more than 75 million units globally, making him one of the best-selling rap artists of all time.

Others celebs will also earn special distinctions at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Lady Gaga will be honored with the 2025 iHeartRadio Innovator Award, Mariah Carey will take home the 2025 iHeartRadio Icon Award, and Taylor Swift will be recognized for having the Tour of the Century.

What to Know About the 2025 iHeart Radio Music Awards

In terms of the nominees, Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift lead the pack with 10 nods a piece. Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, and Post Malone each earned nine nominations.

Host LL Cool J is sure to entertain viewers all night long.

“Excited to be back on the iHeartRadio stage to host this year’s awards,” he said. “It’s going to be a night to remember—big energy, iconic moments, and special collaborations you won’t want to miss.”

This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards will also pay tribute to Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires. The event will drive donations to FireAidLA.org.

Fans can tune in to the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday, March 17 on FOX from 8:00-10:00pm ET live/PT tape-delayed. The show will also be broadcast on iHeartRadio stations nationwide and on the free iHeartRadio app.
