Ready to take over Nashville, the Country Music Association continued to put the final touches on the 2025 CMA Fest. Looking to bring in some of the biggest names in country music from June 5th to the 8th, organizers will also make sure the festival will be filmed to broadcast later. Given the size of the festival, the event brought in Ashley McBryde and Cody Johnson to host. And due to the success of the CMA Fest, ABC also announced the 2025 CMA Fest TV Special.

2025 brought a great deal of success for Johnson. He released his newest single “The Fall” and also won Song of the Year thanks to the hit “Dirt Cheap.” And now, he will take the stage at the CMA Fest to host for the first time. Tasked with taking viewers through memorable performances and hot moments of the festival, Johnson will get some help from McBryde. Unlike Johnson, McBryde hosted the event in the past. Already knowing what was expected, the two are sure to have a few memorable moments themselves.
For the CMA Fest TV Special, ABC will air the event on Thursday, June 26th at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Even with a few weeks for fans to make time to tune in, don’t worry if you happen to miss it. The CMA Fest will land on Hulu the following day, allowing viewers and even fans who attended the event to relive the weekend full of country music in the home of country music.
