Now, the legendary Canadian band has confirmed a new concert that’s scheduled to take place before the cruise. The show will be held January 31 in Niagara Falls, Canada, at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.
Tickets for the concert are on sale now. A post promoting the show has been posted on The Guess Who’s social media pages. It features a video clip of Bachman and Cummings playing live together along with a message that reads, “Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings are bringing the hits, the history, and the heart of Canadian rock back to the stage. Don’t miss this unforgettable night.”
Cummings and Bachman are The Guess Who’s respective original lead singer/keyboardist and lead guitarist. The two musicians also were the band’s main songwriters. The reunited duo will be joined by several members of Cummings’ solo touring group. They are drummer Sean Fitzsimons, bassist Jeff Jones, percussionist Nick Sinopoli, and guitarists Tim Bovaconti and Joe Augello.
As previously reported, the Rock Legends cruise is scheduled to take place February 23-27. The seagoing music festival will embark from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and will visit Ocho Rios, Jamaica, before returning to port.
More About The Guess Who’s Recent History
The last time The Guess Who performed with a lineup featuring Bachman and Cummings was in July 2003 at the Molson Canadian Rocks for Toronto benefit festival at Downsview Park in Toronto.
Over the next two decades or so, a version of the band toured and recorded without Randy and Burton, who did not have the rights to the Guess Who name. During that same period, Bachman and Cummings occasionally toured together while also focusing on their own solo projects and performances.
In 2024, Bachman and Cummings regained the rights to The Guess Who’s name and trademark after a legal battle with two other original members—bassist Jim Kale and drummer Garry Peterson. This paved the way for the upcoming reunion performances.

More About Bachman’s and Cummings’ Other Touring Plans
Bachman is currently touring with a new lineup of his other famous band, Bachman-Turner Overdrive. The group launched a U.S. tour in July that’s plotted out through a November 3 show in North Tonawanda, New York. BTO also recently released its first new song in decades, a hard-rocking, nostalgic tune called “60 Years Ago.”
Cummings, meanwhile, is in the middle of a North American summer trek in support of his 2024 solo album, A Few Good Moments. The outing runs through a September 1 concert in Edmonton, Canada. Tom Cochrane also is on that show’s bill.
