As usual, Foster, Nix, and Roberts will take the stage one last time. And given the talent sitting at the judge’s table, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Lionel Richie added their names to the list of singers taking the stage.
With American Idol already renewed for another season, set the premiere in 2026, the producers wanted to leave fans with something special. Bringing in more than the Top 14 contestants, the night will feature special performances from:
- The Goo Goo Dolls
- Good Charlotte
- Jessica Simpson
- Patti LaBelle
- Salt-N-Pepa
- Jennifer Holliday
- Josh Groban
- Brandon Lake
- Myles Smith
- Kirk Franklin
Fans might notice that one singer was left off that list. But don’t worry, the first-ever “Artist in Residence”, Jelly Roll, wouldn’t miss the season finale. Helping guide the contestants week after week, Jelly Roll will also perform.
Producing a night full of historic moments, memorable sets, and one lucky winner, don’t miss the season finale of American Idol.
