It’s that time of year folks, when we have stuffed ourselves full and are making our New Year’s resolutions. However, we don’t need to be good and disciplined quite yet, as there is still one more night of partying. And Nashville’s Big Bash is a great way to celebrate the holiday, particularly with the one and only Luke Combs.

We as viewers all have a bit to celebrate as we head into to 2025 and so does Mr. Luke Combs. The man has had a highlight tape of a year and is topping it all off with his final performance at Nashville’s biggest concert. In 2024, Combs toured extensively, released his new album, Fathers and Sons, and immensely helped his home state of North Carolina after Hurricane Helene.
In short, Combs has had one of the most successful years of his career, and instead of laying back on his couch and watching from home, Combs decided to show face and give the country music fans exactly what they want on New Year’s Eve. Amidst performances from Eric Church, Shaboozey, and other country music superstars, Combs took the stage and performed “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” directly from his Category 10 bar in Nashville. Luke Combs truly left it all out there on the stage and launched both himself, fans, and viewers into 2025.

Luke Combs’ Illustrious 2025
As mentioned briefly, 2024 has been one of Luke Combs’ most successful years on top of Nashville’s country music castle. Aside from what was mentioned previously, Combs appeared on Post Malone’s debut country album F-1 Trillion, opened his very own bar on Nashville’s Broadway, and was nominated for three CMA Awards. In addition to all the notable accolades, Combs did some far more admirable work in regards to helping his state, North Carolina.
After Hurricane Helene struck North Carolina, Combs raised a whopping $24,513,185, per the Carolina Journal. Much of the profits grossed primarily derived from the show he put on alongside Eric Church at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. So forget the limelight and awards, the highlight of Luke Combs’ 2024 was his sheer selflessness.
