When drummer and singer Taylor Hawkins passed away in 2022, he left a gaping hole in the music industry. Not only was Hawkins close friends with everyone from Dave Grohl to Alanis Morissette and Dave Navarro, but he was also a talent as skilled as any.

A world-class drummer and a burgeoning singer (in the band NHC), Hawkins was beloved. So, when he died of a drug overdose while on tour in Colombia, shock waves went through the musical landscape. He was just 50 years old.
