Woman Kicked Out of Luke Combs Concert for “Dancing Too Hard”

Way before Luke Combs made it in country music, he grew up in North Carolina with a love for music. Having performed in the church choir and even school musicals, the singer eventually decided to take his love for music and turn it into a career. And since then, Combs exploded in country music thanks to songs like “Beautiful Crazy” and “She Got the Best of Me.” With Combs winning the Entertainer of the Year Award, the country singer appeared to live up to the title as one woman was kicked out of his concert for supposedly dancing too hard.

For any person who attended a concert, there are those in attendance who merely sit and watch. But at the same time, some people enjoy getting on their feet and moving with the music. Recently, Combs traveled to Australia for his ongoing tour. And the country seemed to embrace the country singer as thousands packed the Suncorp Stadium to watch him perform. And one of those people was a woman named Jolene.

Letting the music overtake her, several videos surfaced of the woman sporadically dancing and even twerking. While the woman enjoyed the opening act, which was Mitchell Tenpenny, she revealed to KIIS 97.3 how security kicked her out. “I was literally just having the time of my life. I was dancing to one of my favorite artists, Mitchell Tenpenny, and then supposedly… the lady in the pink dress behind me had gotten me kicked out… she obviously didn’t like my dancing.” She continued, “I was just enjoying myself too much. I didn’t really care about what was around me.”

Fan Still Hopes To See Luke Combs Perform

Recalling how the entire incident transpired, Jolene explained, “The security guard called me over and said ‘we’re really sorry, we’re going to have to get you to leave.’ And I’m like, ‘What? Why?’ And they said ‘There’s been a complaint about you dancing and stuff.’ I didn’t even get to see Luke Combs.”

Although sharing her side of the story, a spokesperson for the Suncorp Stadium stated Jolene was kicked out for more than just dancing. “The patron was engaging in activity that was against the conditions of entry which are designed to allow all fans to enjoy events at the Stadium and so there was no choice but to evict her.”

While not giving away exact details, Jolene already moved past the concert as she expressed her enthusiasm to see Combs perform in Sydney over the weekend.
