Dolly Parton is headed to Sin City – and like most good things – you must catch it while you can.
Parton revealed plans for a limited-run engagement at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace during National Finals Rodeo.
Dolly: Live in Las Vegas will include six performances between December 4 and December 13.
Parton’s team describes the show as a hit-driven concert event that will bring Parton back to Las Vegas for multiple shows for the first time in 32 years.
“To say I’m excited would be an understatement,” Parton said in the press release. “I haven’t worked Vegas in years, and I’ve always loved singing there. I’m looking so forward to the shows in The Colosseum at Caesars, and I hope you are as well. See you there!”
Dolly: Live in Las Vegas will lasso seven decades of fan favorites and her classic hits, including “9 to 5,” “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Coat Of Many Colors,” and more.
Parton’s shows are December 4, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 13. Showtime is 8 p.m., and tickets will go on sale Wednesday, June 25, at 10 a.m. PT. In addition, a variety of VIP packages will be available, which may include the opportunity to have your picture taken with Parton. Offers may include a personal photo op with Dolly herself, access to Dolly’s Rhinestone Lounge, a deluxe gift set, and more.

Dolly Parton to Play Nashville Before Las Vegas
Fans looking for a summertime Parton experience can catch Parton’s musical “Dolly: A True Original Musical.” The show will open at the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Belmont University in Nashville. The production will start with preview performances on Friday, July 18, and is scheduled to open on Friday, August 8. The show will run through Sunday, August 31. Tickets start at $40 and are on sale now at www.dollymusical.com.
Parton wrote the score, which includes some of her biggest hits along with new songs she has written, especially for the musical. “Dolly: A True Original Musical” will reflect her journey from growing up in the East Tennessee mountains to becoming one of the most famous figures in the world.
“I want them to see the person inside of me, the life, the things you go through, the things you truly do have to sacrifice,” Parton said of the musical. “Everybody thinks it’s all glamorous and glory and money and fame, but there’s so much more to a life like mine. There’s so much more to life (before you were successful) and the prices that you have to pay, the miles that you have to travel, and the sacrifices that you make. It’s a triumphant story, and I want ’em to go over there like, ‘Whoa, I’m glad I went to that. I feel like I went to church.’”
