The 10-track collection will be released on October 24. It features renditions of some of Bad Company’s biggest hits and most popular tunes, performed by various rock, country, and Americana acts. Among the artists who contributed the project are Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott and Phil Collen, Slash and his side group Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, HARDY, The Pretty Wreckless, Halestorm, Charley Crockett, Blackberry Smoke, and The Struts.

Can’t Get Enough: A Tribute to Bad Company can be pre-ordered now. It will be available on CD, via digital formats, and as a limited-edition vinyl LP pressed on silver-colored vinyl. Special bundles can be purchased at Bad Company’s official store pairing the CD or the LP with a T-shirt.

More About the Tribute Album

Rodgers is featured on new versions of “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Run with the Pack,” and “Seagull” by, respectively, Halestorm, Blackberry Smoke, and Elliott & Collen. The rendition of “Run with the Pack” also features Mastodon drummer/singer Brann Dailor, while Kirke appears on “Seagull.”

The album kicks off with a version of the 1974 Bad Company gem “Ready for Love” featuring country star HARDY. The song was written by founding Bad Company guitarist Mick Ralphs and originally recorded by Ralphs’ previous group Mott the Hoople.

Can’t Get Enough finishes with a cover of the 1971 Free hit “All Right Now” by The Pretty Wreckless. Free, of course, was the band Rodgers and Kirke played in before Bad Company’s formation.

In April, a cover of Bad Company’s 1979 hit “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy” by British glam-rockers The Struts was released as an advance track from the tribute album as a limited-edition seven-inch white-vinyl single as part of the 2025 Record Store Day event. The track now is available via digital formats. In addition, a music video for the tune has debuted at The Struts’ official YouTube channel.

Comments from Some of the Contributors

Meanwhile, Elliott, HARDY, and Slash have issued statements about their participation in the tribute project.

“I’ve loved Bad Company since the very beginning, a phenomenal combination of two of my favourite bands, Free & Mott the Hoople, what’s not to love?!” the Def Leppard frontman said. “What a privilege it is for myself & Phil to cover one of my favourite Bad Co songs WITH Paul & Simon! Wow!”

HARDY enthused, “There’s a short list of bands my dad played for me as a young boy that shaped my love for rock ‘n’ roll, and Bad Company is on that list. It’s a very cool and surreal moment to be part of this project.”

Slash added, “Bad Company was the background music of an important period in my youth. They were such a great band, and a huge influence on me then and still are today.”

More About Bad Company

The tribute album will arrive just a couple of weeks before Bad Company will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The will be among the honorees at a ceremony on November 8 ceremony at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

Bad Company was formed in 1973 by Rodgers and Kirke from Free, Ralphs from Mott the Hoople, and ex-King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell. The band scored six Top-40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 during the ’70s.

Bad Company disbanded in 1982, and re-formed in 1986 with new singer Brian Howe. The group underwent a few other lineup changes during the 1980s and ’90s, before the original quartet reunited in 1998.

Bad Company re-formed again in 2001 without Ralphs or Burrell. Burrell died of a heart attack in 2006 at age 60.

From 2008 to 2016, the band toured off and on with a lineup that included Rodgers, Ralphs, and Kirke. Mick was forced to stop playing with the band in 2016 after suffering a debilitating stroke. Bad Company last toured in 2019. Sadly, Ralphs died in June 2025 from complications of his stroke. He was 81.

The original Bad Company lineup of Rodgers, Kirke, Ralphs, and Burrell will be the only members of the band inducted into the Rock Hall.
