Bieber’s label, DefJam, declined to comment, per the outlet.
Bieber’s rep didn’t reply to a request for comment, THR said. However, the singer himself posted photos on Instagram that appear to reveal the album’s track list. Per the pics, there are 20 songs on the LP.
Additionally, billboards in both Iceland and Los Angeles recently went up, according to photos circulating online.
The signs feature a picture of Bieber along with the word “Swag,” which has led some to believe that that is the name of the mysterious album.
What to Know About Justin Bieber’s New Album
Bieber’s forthcoming album will be his first since his 2021 LP, Justice.
It’s not exactly a surprise that Bieber has new music on the way. Back in September 2024, Mk.gee told The New York Times that he’d been writing and recording with Bieber.
“He’s searching,” he told the outlet of Bieber. “Anything that comes out of his mouth: That’s pop music. You can really do pretty wild stuff behind that, just because it represents something.”
Then, in April, the outlet THR reported that Bieber traveled to Iceland to finish the album.
The singer additionally held jam sessions at his Los Angeles home with people including DJ Tay James, HARV, Carter Lang, and Eddie Benjamin, sources told the outlet at the time.
The outlet further reported that Gunna, Sexyy Red, and Cash Cobain have features on the album. In a 2022 interview with Ebro Darden for Apple Music 1, Bieber spoke about his love for collaborations.
“For me, I was embraced by the older generation,” he said, per Billboard. “And it’s so funny because I’m becoming a little bit of the older generation — not old, but there’s a new generation that’s coming before me, or after me now.”
“So the [Kid] Larois of the world and these new artists, like for me, it’s fulfilling to be able to embrace these young cats and help get their music out there,” he added. “I know what it’s like to have this vision and want people to hear your music.”
