Britney Spears has been in the limelight most of her life. The Mississippi native became a household name in the late ’90s with her hit ““…Baby One More Time.” She holds 15 Guinness world records and has sold more than 150 million records worldwide. With global fame comes pushback, however, and Spears has had to deal with being cannon fodder from the press and paparazzi for most of her career. Recently, the Princess of Pop hit back at heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne after he criticized her social media presence.

Britney Spears Calls the Osbournes “Most Boring Family Known to Mankind”
Britney Spears penned a lengthy Instagram post on Wednesday (July 17) in defense of actress Kate Beckinsale. The “Toxic” singer bashed “incredibly cruel people” who criticize the 50-year-old star for her “age-inappropriate” social media content. She then compared these comments to people’s critiques of her own social media posts. Spears has become known for frequently posting dance videos to her Instagram page.
““Not as bad as some of my comments saying it’s sad that I’m as old as I am and I’m dancing every single day on my IG!” she wrote. “Number 1) I hardly ever dance… and number 2) I’m not poor at all! I have more ligature in my left toe than any grown man or woman on earth!”

The GRAMMY winner concluded the post with a scathing message to the Osbournes. “I’m gonna do a photoshoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f— off!”
Ozzy Osbourne Calls Britney’s Videos “Very, Very Sad”
This unlikely beef started when the former reality stars expressed concern for Spears during the Tuesday (July 16) episode of The Osbournes Podcast.
“I’m fed up of seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube,” said the former Black Sabbath frontman, 75. He then added, ““Every f—ing day. It’s sad, very, very sad.”
His family agreed, with wife Sharon calling Spears’ videos “heartbreaking” and son Jack, 38, commenting, “Save Britney.” Daughter Kelly, 39, also chimed in: “I know, I feel so sorry for her.”
Ozzy knows a thing or two about behaving erratically in public. However, Britney Spears has made it clear she doesn’t need his pity or concern—even if the intentions may have been from a caring place.
