P!nk jumped on Twitter Tuesday (April 25) evening to clap back at a body-shammer hiding behind their phone. The GRAMMY Award-winner is far from the first celebrity that has spoken up against cyber-bullying and unrealistic beauty standards.

Most recently, Lizzo had to defend herself against political commentator Candance Owens, when she commented on the singer’s weight. The vocalist did not directly respond to the conservative talk show host, but tweeted hours after: “I DON’T NEED SOCIAL MEDIA…SOCIAL MEDIA NEEDS ME.”

A similar incident happened with P!nk, but the singer-songwriter called out the user almost immediately. Executive producer and host of The Stew Peters Show, shared an action shot of P!nk performing in a matching two-piece set that displays her rock-solid abs.

“Those aren’t child-bearing hips,” wrote Peters alongside the photograph.

The post quickly gained traction, garnering over 1K retweets, 11.4K likes, and multiple responses. It wasn’t long until the vocalist fired back with confidence.

“Oh,  Stewie. Stewie Stewie Stewie. You’ve got too much free time,” responded P!nk with a clown emoji.

Loyal fans rallied behind the singer, leaving uplifting comments that include words of affirmation.

“You look fantastic! Super fit and beautiful,” shared a follower.

“P!nk is in such incredible shape! She works hard for that body—athletic and graceful all at one. I bet she had to work 10 times harder to regain her physicality after each of her children,” added another.

The platinum-selling artist is a mother of two. She welcomed her first child Willow Sage (11) with her husband Carey Hart in 2011 and her son Jameson Moon (6) in 2016. Just before the online drama surfaced, Kelly Clarkson gave the musician some love (April 24) on her EMMY-nominated talk show.

Clarkson recalled the time P!nk made an appearance to sign a one-of-kind soundwave artwork of their song “Broken & Beautiful.” The track was recorded by Clarkson, but penned by P!nk, Johnny McDaid, Steve Mac, and Christopher Comstock. The piece of memorabilia was to benefit No Kid Hungry, a nonprofit that aims to end childhood hunger in the United States.

Soundwaves Art Foundation founder, Tim Wakefield virtually joined the show to reveal that the signed artwork has raised more than $60K for the organization. Following the news, P!nk celebrated.

“Yaye this is so magical and good,” she wrote beside the heartwarming memory. “Honored to be part of it.”
