Adele and Taylor Swift are without a doubt two of the best 21st-century musicians and performers. Frankly, music as we know and love it today would not be in the current position it is in if it were not for these two. It seems these two musicians know that fact, and they know they couldn’t have become who they are if it wasn’t for their deep affinity for their vocation and the fans that allow them to continue with it.

Thanks to this sentimental and heartfelt relationship the two have with their careers. When both Swift and Adele played their final show on their respective stages, the two couldn’t help but shed a few tears. It was a refreshing scene and reminded the masses that at the end of the day, these musicians are in fact just humans.

Adele Closes Out Her Las Vegas Residency
This weekend, Adele officially enacted her anticipated break from music with her closing Las Vegas residency show. However, she did go out in vain, as she thanked her family, friends, and fans for allowing her to do what she does best, sing.
Adele stated on stage, “Thank you for always bigging me up and making me feel like I could do whatever I wanted to do” and “There’s been times where I’m too tired or I’m too emotionally drained and you’re like ‘Come on baby get up there, get up you’re the best to do it.’” She finished her speech by saying, “I will miss you terribly” and “I don’t know when I next want to perform again.” However, she made it very clear that she would be back on stage sometime again in her life.
