The Oak Ridge Boys Share a Major Change of Plans for 2025

The Oak Ridge Boys announced that they would retire from touring at the end of their American Made: Farewell Tour in 2023. Those tour dates ended in December 2023. Many fans thought they wouldn’t have another chance to see the Oaks live. This was especially true after Joe Bonsall passed away last summer. However, that’s not the case. Today (December 14), the group announced 20 more dates that will keep them on the road until December.

The Oak Ridge Boys will kick off their 2025 tour dates with a two-night stand at the Grand Ole Opry on January 24 and 25. They’ll wrap this leg of the tour up in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin at the Crystal Grand Music Theater on December 13.

William Lee Golden explained the Oaks’ decision to add more dates to their farewell tour in a press release. “We’ve had so much fun touring from city to city and getting to see everyone,” he shared. “The response we received from the new album has been wonderful and we hope you love it as much as we do. Keep checking our site as new dates will be added soon,” Golden added.

While the dates below might spell the end of touring for the Oaks, they won’t stop making music. The group is poised to head back to the studio later this year to record a new album.
