Michael Bublé Turned Down The Voice Several Times
This is Michael Bublé’s first season as a coach on The Voice. However, it is far from the first time showrunners have extended the invitation. In fact, he revealed in a recent interview that he turned down the role 15 times before finally accepting. The singer was nervous about working alongside other celebrities and didn’t feel right about judging aspiring artists.

“Thank God we’re not judges,” he said. “The other shows have judges. We are coaches. Most of the singers are better than me, and I have no place ever judging anyone,” he added. “So, to get to coach them and live the fantasy of having this career that I’ve had and then get to have the fulfillment of helping someone else get that? That’s the cool part.”
