On Sunday, October 27, Zach Top performed the national anthem at the Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals game after playing a show in Pittsburgh the night before. Top took to the field and delivered a typically soulful rendition of the anthem for fans. To further rile everyone up, the performance included a helicopter flyover.

One fan noted on social media that Zach Top’s national anthem “turned out to be the highlight of the game…unless you’re an Eagles fan.” Apparently, the Bengals suffered a 37-17 loss during that game. However, it seems that Top managed to salvage at least a little bit of the day for fans.
Recently, Brad Paisley opened the first game of the World Series between the Yankees and the Dodgers. Paisley is a lifelong Dodgers fan, so performing the anthem on their home field was made all the more special. However, that massive grand slam win for the Dodgers was probably pretty sweet as well.

Zach Top Reveals How His Life Has Changed Since Rising Stardom
Zach Top has been a shooting star in the country music sphere lately, but he recently sat down and explained how his life has changed, for better and for worse. Speaking with Fox News Digital, Top shared some of the downsides of his burgeoning fame.
“Life’s way too fast, too. It seemed like it was pretty slow-moving. I guess it always is when you’re a kid a little bit,” he explained. “But, yeah, it just felt like a routine every day. And, you know, probably the biggest thing is waking up in the same spot when I was growing up.”
He continued, “I never wake up in the same town. I wake up somewhere else. I’ve got to figure out where I am the next morning. So, there’s a lot of changes for sure, and I’m grateful for a lot of them. There’s a lot of them that I’d rather live without, you know, kind of makes me miss the way I grew up, I guess.”
Zach Top grew up on a farm taking care of animals, so switching to a life on the road is a monumental change. According to Top, he cherishes his childhood memories, which keep him grounded while he’s “sit[ting] around on this bus and wait[ing] to play music, it seems like now,” he said.
