Carrie Underwood Celebrated Reflection Residency With Massive Donation to Make-A-Wish America

On Saturday night, Carrie Underwood walked on stage at the Resorts World Theatre for one last show of her Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency. Over the last three years, the singer welcomed fans from all over to celebrate her career in country music. From her start on American Idol, the singer proved herself to be a top singer in the genre. And when walking off the stage, she was the longest-running Las Vegas residency of any solo female country artist. Making history yet again, Underwood decided to celebrate the moment when she presented Make-a-Wish with a massive check thanks to her Las Vegas residency.

Having worked alongside Make-a-Wish for over two decades, Underwood found the perfect time to present the check for $236,844. Outside of the donation, April was a significant month for the organization as it was World Wish Month and this year marked the 45th anniversary of the program.

Knowing the amount of dedication it took to perform over 70 shows in Las Vegas, Underwood prepared to donate to Make-a-Wish from the very start. Setting aside $1 from every ticket sold during her time in Las Vegas, it seemed that Underwood’s fanbase didn’t disappoint.
