Can’t Get Enough: A Tribute to Bad Company will feature artists from the rock, country, and Americana genres. The acts will put fresh spins on many of the band’s classic songs. The record also will include special appearances from founding Bad Company frontman Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke.
Among the songs that will appear on Can’t Get Enough are “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Run with the Pack,” “Shooting Star,” and, not surprisingly, “Bad Company.” The album also will feature a cover of the Free classic “All Right Now.” Free, of course, was the band Paul and Simon were in prior to Bad Company’s formation. “All Right Now” was co-written by Rodgers and late Free bassist Andy Fraser.
Rodgers has issued a statement about the new tribute album in which he namechecks co-founding Bad Company guitarist Mick Ralphs.
“As songwriters, Mick and I are intrigued to hear how these talented and varied musicians will perform our songs,” Paul wrote. “From what we have heard thus far the creative energy is definitely flowing and there is plenty of heart and soul energy being injected into the songs[.] [W]e salute and thank them all.”
About the Tribute Album’s Lead Single
The first track released as an advance single from Can’t Get Enough will be a cover of Bad Company’s 1979 hit “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy” by British glam-rockers The Struts. The cover will be featured on a limited-edition seven-inch white-vinyl disc that will be released as part of the 2025 Record Store Day event on April 12. The B-side of the single will feature an instrumental version of “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy” by The Struts.
Struts frontman Luke Spiller shared a statement in which he congratulated Bad Company on their Rock Hall nomination.
“We are so thrilled for the British music legends, Bad Company to finally be getting their well-earned nomination to the Rock Hall,” Spiller said. He added, “It’s been a real pleasure to pay homage to them with our cover of ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy’ and I hope they enjoy it as much as we loved recording it.”
More About Bad Company
Bad Company was formed in 1973 by Rodgers and Kirke from Free, Ralphs from Mott the Hoople, and ex-King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell. The band scored six Top-40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 during the ’70s.
Bad Company disbanded in 1982, and re-formed in 1986 with new singer Brian Howe. The group underwent a few other lineup changes during the 1980s and ’90s, before the original quartet reunited in 1998.
Bad Company re-formed again in 2001 without Ralphs or Burrell. Burrell died of a heart attack in 2006 at age 60.
From 2008 to 2016, the band toured off and on with a lineup including Rodgers, Ralphs, and Kirke. Ralphs was forced to stop playing with the band in 2016 after suffering a debilitating stroke. Bad Company last toured in 2019.

The other nominees are Soundgarden, Mariah Carey, Billy Idol, Cyndi Lauper, The Black Crowes, Joe Cocker, Joy Division/New Order, Outkast, Oasis, Phish, The White Stripes, Chubby Checker, and Maná.
This year’s ceremony will be held in Los Angles in the fall.
