Elton John, Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, LL Cool J, and More Remember Jimmy Buffett

As news broke about the death of Jimmy Buffett at the age of 76, early on Saturday morning, Sept. 1, fellow musicians flocked to social media to share condolences and to remember the late “Margaritaville” singer.

An announcement shared on his social media pages and official website read, “Jimmy passed away peacefully on the night of September 1st surrounded by his family, friends, music, and dogs,” the statement reads. “He lived his life like a song till the very last breath and will be missed beyond measure by so many.”
