Like any year, the entire Studio 8H was transformed into a winter wonderland as the stage featured more than enough holiday decorations. Thankfully, fans of SNL can rest easy knowing that there is a new episode tonight. Again, just last week, Rock returned for the fourth time as a host. And not warning to come alone, he brought Adam Sandler along with him. Although bringing a great deal of laughs, tonight the honor of hosting went to the hilarious Martin Short. Marking his third time hosting SNL alone, he once cohosted the famed show alongside his friends and actors Steve Martin and Chevy Chase. But tonight, all lights and eyes will focus on Short.

Although thrilled to be part of SNL, Short appeared to let the pressure get to him in his latest promo. Standing beside the musical guest for the evening, Hozier, Short seemed in a great mood until he found an issue with the script. Known for his theatrics, Short threw his hands up in a fit of rage as Hozier just stood by.

Fans Excited To See Hozier Return To ‘Saturday Night Live’

Fans loved seeing Short return the SNL as comments read, “I was waiting for this promo to appear and here it is! SO GLAD to see Hozier back on SNL, with ten years of additional performing experience and musical genius put into the world since his last guest spot. And, with Marty as the host it’s going to be a wild show!!”

As for Hozier, he continues to expand his stardom within the music industry. Back in 2013, he took over the airwaves with his hit song “Take Me to Church.” With fans praising the singer, he released other hit songs like “Too Sweet.” Just last year, he released his third studio album with Unreal Unearth

Don’t miss Saturday Night Live, airing tonight at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and available to stream the following day on Peacock.
