Oklahoma singer-songwriter John Moreland, whose recent work has established him as one of the most promising songwriters of his generation, will release his seventh studio album Big Bad Luv on May 5.

The album, which will be released on 4AD, was recorded at Fellowship Fall Sound in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was produced by Moreland and mixed by Tchad Blake (The Black Keys, Tom Waits, Sheryl Crow).

Below, watch Moreland perform “No Glory In Regret” (a tune that appears on the new album) from our office back in the fall of 2015.  Also check out dates for Moreland’s North American and European tours.
