Embracing genres like pop, hip hop, and R&B, Post Malone paved his own way through the music industry with hit songs like “White Iverson” and “Sunflower.” But having a love for music, the singer explored other genres outside of R&B. And with Beyonce branching out into country music with her Cowboy Carter album, it seemed like the perfect time for Malone also to go country. With his newest album, F-1 Trillion, set to release on August 16th, Malone already shared his collaborations with Blake Shelton, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen. But recently, the hitmaker showcased yet another partnership with country star Jelly Roll.

Hardy Praises Post Malone Seeking Out Great Writers
As for fans, they shared their thoughts on the new song, writing, “Can’t wait to get this album. Post Malone is one of the best performers I’ve seen in concert.” Another person added, “This song sounds like it’s gonna be ON LOOP at the tattoo shop.”
Outside of working with Jelly Roll, Hardy recently discussed the writing process with Post Malone and how he sought out writers that many might not know. “He was like, ‘Who are the good songwriters in this town? I wanna write with those guys.’ So I’d walk in the room and it would be, Rhett Akins, or a guy named Josh Thompson, these people that are amazing songwriters.” Hardy continued, “he immersed himself into the songwriting culture of the town, and I respect that a lot. He didn’t care about who anybody was, he just wanted to get the best song, and so he pulled in the best people for that job and made a great record because of it.”
