Given the massive surge in technological advances over the last few years, bands like ABBA and even KISS decided to embrace the new technology by creating a digital hologram concert. With ABBA gaining a great deal of praise for their new type of concert, KISS wasn’t far behind after they played their last concert. Announcing the new era of KISS, it appeared that even Ozzy Osbourne was looking at the idea as Sharon Osbourne didn’t hate turning Ozzy and the rest of Black Sabbath into avatars.

Speaking about her husband’s legacy, Sharon wanted Ozzy to live on forever in the digital world. When asked about turning him into an avatar, Sharon seemed to like it. “Sure I would, yeah. Technology keeps moving on and on. You can do incredible things now, so what you could do in five years will be even better. You never know what the opportunities are.”
Staying open-minded, the music industry continued to have a love/hate relationship with technology. While able to bring some of the most iconic bands back to the stage, AI threatened to steal a singer’s voice in nothing more than a few seconds. Countless singers, artists, musicians, and even actors voiced their disdain for AI being used to create art. But then again, getting to see a digital Black Sabbath concert doesn’t sound like a bad idea.

Sharon Osbourne Excited For Back To The Beginning Farewell Concert
Although the future is unknown for Black Sabbath, Sharon and Ozzy remained focused on the Back To The Beginning farewell show on July 5th. Marking the last time Ozzy will share the stage with the band, Sharon said, “Ozzy’s very excited and feels very overwhelmed that all the guys in Sabbath and his mates are all turning up. It’s the perfect way to say goodbye to his fans, because that was his big regret – he felt he never had a chance to say ‘thank you’ to the fans, and this is the perfect way his career should end.”
Thrilled to celebrate the legacy of Ozzy with such a massive lineup of performers, Sharon promised, “It’s gonna be a great day for every musician up there, because they’re all mates. Everybody’s there for the right reasons. They all love doing what they do…”
