Luke Combs opened his massive 67,000-square-foot bar, venue, and restaurant called Category 10 last November. The four-story location features six indoor bars, three stages for live music, and much more. Earlier this year, Combs opened The Eye, a 7,000-square-foot rooftop space with a stunning view of Nashville.

Fans have been going wild for Category 10 since it opened last year. More recently, though, a very special patron arrived at the Category 10 to take in the atmosphere and share her thoughts. Recently, Combs’ downtown bar posted a video of his mother, Rhonda, checking out the ambitious space for the first time. Watch the proud mother survey her son’s accomplishments below.

“I’m so proud,” Mama Combs exclaimed as she walked into the bar. She raved about all of the bar’s amenities but was especially excited about The Eye. “I love it! Oh, this looks so good,” she said of the rooftop area. “Oh my gosh, look at this view!” she added. Then, Mrs. Combs talked about why the rooftop area would draw patrons from all around. “You know, everybody will be coming here ‘cause it’s facing the stadium and on the river,” she observed.
Luke Combs Has One of the Biggest Bars on Broadway
Luke Combs’ Category 10 is massive and features things that patrons won’t see anywhere else in Music City. Hurricane Hall, the venue’s main room boasts the largest dance floor in downtown Nashville. It has room for 1.500 fans and a massive stage for live music. If that wasn’t enough, the main floor also hosts Comb’s Beer Never Broke My Heart Bar and his wife Nicole’s Neon Dream Bar. Both bars feature signature cocktails.
An impressive $800,000 light fixture uses light and sound to simulate a hurricane, a nod to the venue’s name and his debut single.
More nods to Combs’ interests and hit songs are woven throughout the massive venue. For instance, the main floor’s multi-story backdrop features nearly 300 trucker caps. Then, the second floor features the Still, inspired by Combs’ songwriting and featuring drinks hand-picked by the country superstar.
In short, Category 10 gives Mrs. Combs plenty to be proud of.
