Noah Thompson Helped Luke Combs On ‘Fathers & Sons’

Fremantle North America and 19 Entertainment produce American Idol. 19 Entertainment was the record label that helped Thompson after winning the competition. But it seemed like both the label and Thompson had a different vision about his career. Wanting to follow his own path, both parties decided to end their working relationship.

While at his height on American Idol, Thompson also released “One Day Tonight”. The song gained praise from fans as it reached No. 1 on the music charts. In July 2023, he released his debut EP titled Middle of God Knows Where. As for his song his songwriting abilities, he helped write the hit “Front Door Famous”, which landed on Fathers & Sons by Luke Combs.

Continuing to navigate his career in the music industry, fans still have hope the American Idol champion will break through into superstardom. “I have a few songs in my playlist and CD love them. Makes me a little sad American Idol didn’t help him more after he won. They make a lot of money off these kids.” Another person insisted, “Same thing happened to Scotty McCreery but he never stopped and look at him now. #1 Airplay song after #1 Airplay song and new label.”
