“I don’t care what the papers say/ It’s just another intern with a resume,” croons Angel Olsen in the just-released video for the song “Intern.” Wearing a silver tinsel wig and retro-styled headphones, the Missouri native declares her determination to rise above the trappings of a disposable culture.
The song “Intern” is Olsen’s first offering since her third album, Burn Your Fire For No Witness, and “Intern” is reportedly from an upcoming full-length release.
