Members of Shania Twain‘s Queen of Me Tour production crew were involved in an accident on Wednesday morning (November 8) in Canada. The country superstar was not on the bus involved in an accident, her management team Maverick Management confirmed in a statement to American Songwriter.

“One crew bus and one truck from the Shania Twain – Queen Of Me tour were involved in a highway accident driving between Winnipeg and Saskatoon,” Maverick Management said in a statement to American Songwriter. “Multiple vehicles encountered dangerous driving conditions due to inclement weather. Members of the production crew who require medical attention have been taken to nearby hospitals. We are incredibly thankful to the emergency services teams for their quick response and ongoing support. We ask for patience as we look after our touring family.”
It appears that the accident won’t affect Twain’s tour schedule. The country superstar is less than a week from wrapping up her world tour.

The Queen of Me World Tour was Twain’s first tour in nearly five years. Additionally, it was her largest outing to date. She kicked off the massive 80-stop world tour in Spokane, Washington, at Spokane Arena in April. The trek took her to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
The Queen of Me Tour picks up November 9 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, at the SaskTel Centre. Then, the trek comes to a close on November 11, where it began, in Vancouver British Columbia at Rogers Arena. A complete set of the remaining Twain Queen of Me Tour dates follows.
