Hailey Whitters Announces ‘I’m In Love’ with New EP

Country’s newest sweetheart Hailey Whitters has announced a new EP that will see her channel her ’90s country influences while charmingly lilting about love, heartache, and everything in between. Titled I’m In Love, the six-track release is set to showcase the rising star at her finest. With two LPs under her belt, a summer packed with festival appearances, and month-long stints supporting Eric Church and Luke Bryan, she’s eager to show fans what’s next.

“My last two LPs were concept records – The Dream being about my Nashville experience, and Raised was a love letter to the heartland I’m from,” the “Everything She Ain’t” star shared in a press release. “Both of these records are foundational to who I am.”

She added, “Along the way I’ve lived a lot of life and learned a lot about myself, and I’m excited to get more personal and straight from the heart with this next chapter. If you’ve made it this far, you know where I’m coming from. Now I’m ready to share where I’ve been and who I am.”

With the news comes a sample of her forthcoming collection. Whitters has shared the EP’s title track, a swoon-worthy song that features her trademark lovable delivery.

“I knew the minute I heard this song I had to record it,” the singer said of the song. “I didn’t write it [Nicolle Galyon, Lee Miller, & Cameron Bedell did], but I wish I had. I love – pun intended – the quirky language and spirit. Every time I sing it I’m smiling like a big ol sap because it just makes me so happy and puts me in a good mood.”
