Growing up with Billy Ray Cyrus as her father, it seemed only fitting that Miley Cyrus would eventually find her way into the music industry. But while producing several albums, the singer also landed in films like Bolt and The Last Song. For those who might not remember, she also coached on The Voice for two seasons. While never afraid to drastically change her career, Cyrus recently hinted at the future and the process of starting over.

With Christmas less than 24 hours away, Cyrus decided to take a moment and celebrate 2024. Posting a picture of herself wearing a black dress, the singer wrote, “Happy Holidays and New Year.” Although nothing more than spreading some love and holiday cheer, Cyrus didn’t stop there as she added, “It’s bittersweet saying goodbye to a year that has been so good to me, but I am looking forward to starting over again. This is one of my favorite parts of not just the creative process but the way life has chosen to teach me.”
As for what the future held for Cyrus, she continued her Instagram post, writing, “In everything I do I like to go ALL the way. Give it ALL I’ve got. ALL for it to come to an end, move on and start anew. At times it can be a heartbreaking process but I’ve always known the pieces to come back together and create something beautiful.”

Miley Cyrus Looking Forward To 2025
Again, not giving away too much about what she is working on, Cyrus ended her post, thanking fans for their ongoing support of her career. “Thank you to everyone who has been apart of making this year so special.”
Gaining over 341,000 likes, fans filled the comment section with speculation and love. “We love being on every journey with you. Thx for always being YOU. we can’t wait to see what 2025 holds!” Another person added, “QUEEN WE’RE SO EXCITED FOR 2025!!!! BLESS US WITH THE NEW ALBUM. Soooooo happy for everything you’ve accomplished this year!!! Grammys winner, Disney legend, Golden Globes nomination.”
With fans behind her, Cyrus looked ahead to the new year and her drive to dominate 2025. And not offering any details, only time will tell what Cyrus has in store for the music industry.
