Lead singer of Paramore, Hayley Williams, recently made a surprise release of 17 new songs on her website. The “Still Into You” singer sent out access codes to fans through her Good Dye Young hair dye company. Once this entry code is entered, fans can stream all 17 of the new songs, which include tracks such as “True Believer”, “Hard,” “Negative Self Talk,” and “Mirtazapine”, which she actually debuted last Wednesday on the Nashville public radio station WNXP.

It is unclear if this body of work will be released as an official album by Williams, or if it will remain solely in the capacity as it does now. Regardless, the only way people can access the new music is if they visit this website with a valid code. According to Sterogum, you can find a working access code on this Reddit thread.
As of now, the only official comments about the songs come from Paramore’s X account. Concerning the release, Paramore took to X and simply wrote, “are you in for a treat?! 17 new songs are waiting at http://hayleywilliams.net.”

What Have Hayley Williams and Paramore Been Up To…
Before the surprise release of these 17 songs, Hayley Williams and Paramore recently released a deluxe edition of their debut album, All We Know Is Falling, as a celebration of its 20th anniversary. While Williams has remained with Paramore, she has also pursued a solo career. In 2020, Williams released her debut solo album, Petals for Armor, and in 2021, she released Flowers for Vases / Descansos.
Since the release of those albums, Williams had not released any solo music until now. In addition to the 17 songs posted on the website, Williams also featured a miscellaneous file, which features a picture of a t-shirt saying “Haley Williams is my favorite band”, a random recording of a small child, a videotape of one of Paramore’s 2017 shows, and a notebook that seemingly belongs to Hayley Williams.
Again, neither Williams nor Paramore has made any comments about the music other than the one in their X post. So, it is unclear if Williams will upload her new music to other streaming services. Though time will certainly tell.
