He continued, “Gonna go back to four nights, and, you know, usual suspects will be there. And thanks for giving me some slack on this. Yeah, it’s been a tough one to put together scheduling for all my friends, but anyway, love ya, can’t wait, see you in Cabo.”
A note accompanying the video also revealed, “Entry for the chance to purchase tickets will be announced in early July. Stay tuned to RedRocker.com for more info coming soon.” A message on the RedRocker.com further pointed out that “similar to previous years … a random drawing [will be held] for the chance to purchase tickets.”

More About the Cabo Wabo Cantina and Hagar’s Birthday Bash
Hagar, with his Van Halen bandmates as business partners, opened the Cabo Wabo Cantina in 1990. His first birthday bash was held the same year. In 1994, Hagar took over control of the club with new business partners. Each year, Sammy is joined by various guest artists and band members, including his longtime collaborator and ex-Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony.
In 2024, Hagar held a pair of two-night birthday bashes, in Las Vegas and Cabo San Lucas. The Vegas events took place on October 4 and 5 at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort.
His Cabo Wabo parties were held on October 11 and 13. Guests at the Cabo Wabo Cantina included Anthony, Alice in Chains’ Jerry Cantrell, and Anthrax’s Joey Belladonna.
Hagar’s Other Upcoming Plans
On July 5, Hagar will be among the many guest artists who will perform at the sold-out “Back to the Beginning” concert. The show will feature what expected to be the final performances of Ozzy Osbourne and the original Black Sabbath lineup. The all-day event will take place in Birmingham, U.K., at the Villa Park soccer stadium.
A pay-per-view livestream of the concert can be purchased at BacktotheBeginning.com.
In an April 2025 interview with the Loudwire Nights podcast, Sammy revealed that he’ll be performing the 1981 Osbourne tune “Flying High Again” at the concert, as well as one or two other songs.
According to RedRocker.com, Hagar’s only other confirmed live performance will be in Las Vegas on September 19 during the first day of the two-day iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. Other acts on the bill that day include Bryan Adams, LL Cool J, Maroon 5, Lil Wayne, and Tate McRae.
