Lucinda Williams, “Changed The Locks”
I had heard Lucinda Williams on the radio and liked her enough to go see her play at Maxwells in the early-mid ’90s, but hearing this song live was what made me a fan. I was impressed at how she got from changing the locks to renaming the whole dang town in just under four minutes.
