1. “That’s My Kind of Night” (Madison Square Garden)

Playing Madison Square Garden is a remarkable feat for any musician. Bryan certainly rose to the occasion when he performed at the historic venue in 2014. During the crowd-pleaser “That’s My Kind of Night,” Bryan rose from underneath the stage on the top of a massive truck. The large-scale prop paired with flames roaring in the background makes Bryan look more like a rock star than a country icon.

2. “Drink a Beer” (Live Performance Video)

Bryan is most known for his up-tempo country anthems, but in 2013, he slowed things down for a poignant performance of “Drink a Beer.” Though the song was recorded by Bryan as a reaction to the loss of two of his siblings, it is endlessly applicable. In the official live performance video of the song, Bryan digs deep into his soul. Few of his performances have more emotional depth than this one.

3. “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” (2011 CMT Music Awards)

“Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” is a hit both amongst country fans and those not well versed in the genre. The infectious chorus is undeniably catchy. Bryan has many hits to his name, but few are as enduring as this one.

In 2011, Bryan performed the anthem at the CMT Music Awards. Donning a backward cap, Bryan kicked off what would be a memorable performance. During the first chorus, a host of background dancers joined Bryan on stage, driving home the lyrics country girl, shake it for me.
