While Vince Neil joined Mötley Crüe shortly after the band formed thanks to Tommy Lee, Mick Mars, and Nikki Sixx, the singer helped the band sell over 100 million albums. Throughout the years, the band went through some major lineup changes with musicians like Greg Leon and John Corabi once performing alongside them on the stage. The only constant member of Mötley Crüe happened to be Sixx. With Neil eventually returning, the band prepared for a residency in Las Vegas. But apparently, the group’s residency needed pushed back six months due to Neil’s ongoing health issues.

Breaking the news to fans, Mötley Crüe shared the heartbreaking news that the residency wouldn’t kick off till September 2025. Releasing a statement, it read, “Mötley Crüe’s Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, originally scheduled for March 28th- April 19th, 2025, is moving to September 2025 due to a required medical procedure recently advised by vocalist Vince Neil’s doctors.”

Mötley Crüe Tickets Still Valid
Knowing fans wouldn’t be thrilled about the news, Neil himself added some words to the statement, reading, “To all the Crueheads who were looking forward to seeing us this spring, I’m truly sorry. My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserved, and I can’t wait to return to the stage. Thank you for all the well wishes that keep reaching me. Your support means more than you know.”
Adding their voices to the news, Sixx, Lee, and John 5 cared little about the residency and more about their friend Neil. “Please join us in wishing Vince a speedy recovery. We are looking forward for him to get well again and to take over Vegas together in September. We can’t wait to see you all out there, and thank you for your support and understanding in the meantime.”
For those who purchased a ticket for a Mötley Crüe show, it seemed that the tickets would remain valid as the new concerts will take place starting September 12 and run until October 3.
